security & compliance
Security controls you can assess with confidence.
You are considering handing us client financial data. Our controls, access model and independent certifications make the standard clear.
the questions we actually get asked
//How is our data isolated from other clients?
RevPractice's governance keeps ledger access, documents and use of third-party AI tools scoped to each client engagement. Personnel are granted access per engagement, with data-protection controls governing what may be shared with AI providers. Client data is not pooled across engagements or used to train shared models.
//Who on the offshore team can see what?
Access is assigned to the specific engagement a person works on, revoked when they leave it, and logged. Delivery-centre workstations are managed, with clean-desk and removable-media controls in force.
//What happens to confidentiality after an engagement ends?
Access is revoked, working copies are removed on the schedule agreed in your contract, and confidentiality obligations survive termination for every individual who touched the engagement.
//Is agent activity auditable?
RevPractice's governance requires a decision log for work carried out with leading AI tools: source documents, model versions, confidence checks and the person who reviewed or overrode the output. That log is available to you; it is a delivery control, not a claim of proprietary platform ownership.
//What certifications do you actually hold?
RevPractice is Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 Type II certified. Our operations are also built to GDPR-ready practice.
If your procurement process needs a security questionnaire completed, send it. We answer them directly, and we mark the gaps rather than working around the wording.
