RevPractice was founded on a narrow observation: offshore accounting teams were being asked to do the same manual work faster, while the tooling to remove that work already existed. We built the firm around the tooling.
how we started
Our team has spent years inside accounting delivery — running offshore pods, onboarding firms, and watching every engagement hit the same ceiling. The ceiling was never the people. It was that a bookkeeper's day was consumed by keying, matching and chasing, and no amount of process discipline changed that.
When agentic AI became reliable enough to propose reconciliations, extract documents and orchestrate a close checklist, the question changed. Not "how do we hire faster?" but "what should a trained accountant actually be doing all day?"
the AI-Ready thesis
An AI-Ready professional is not someone who "uses AI tools." It's someone trained to supervise leading AI models through workflows governed by RevPractice: to read a confidence score, judge a proposed match, resolve an exception, and know when to escalate.
